Rogers is currently waiving early upgrade fees for customers with up to 6 month remaining in their contract if the switch to their Share Everything plans. In switching to their newer plans customers gain access to GameCenter Live and Roam Like Home, mind you GameCenter Live would only be for the 2014/2015 season.

Than plans are “build your own” with varying prices, prices depend on your type of device (smartphone/bring your own device/feature phone/etc) and the data allotment (250MB-30GB).
an example of three possible combinations.
| Smartphone | Smart Picks | Bring Your Own |
|---|---|---|
| Base $60/mo | Base $50/mo | Base $40/mo |
| Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling | Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling | Unlimited Canada-Wide Calling |
| Unlimited Text, Picture & Video Messaging | Unlimited Text, Picture & Video Messaging | Unlimited Text, Picture & Video Messaging |
| 1GB Data | 250MB Data | 2GB Data |
| $85/mo | $60/mo | $70/mo |
With these plans there is a noticeable increase in cost for what you get in comparison to an older 3-year term plan. Whether or not the upgrade is worth it would depend on the individual. I would opt for the Bring Your Own option myself, but only if I had to. – Isaac

According to MobileSyrup.ca, Bell is also offering credits on new devices ($50-100) or credits towards the upgrade fee for customers willing to make a similar switch. Mind you their Bring Your Own option starts at $45 instead of $40.
